The latch that straps the watch to the child's wrist broke the same day she received it. She was not abusing it; it just broke in the normal course of taking it off and putting it back on.

I love the watch with the black band; however, I cannot figure out how to change the band colors! The watch is stunning with the black band and all the crystals on the face of the watch but I would like to know how to change the band.
